1. The pride you take in your listing should be reflected in its presentation. "It's" is a contraction for "it is." "Its" indicates ownership.
2–4. Your product description should express exactly what you intend, clearly and precisely. "You're" is a contraction for "you are." "Your" indicates ownership.

"Clearly" and "precisely" are adverbs describing a verb ("express").
5. Errors may distract the reader from the important points you want to convey. Replace the exclamation points with a period. An exclamation point expresses strong emotion. If strong emotion is called for, use no more than one exclamation point.
6. If you use or spell a word incorrectly, your error may recur throughout your listings. "Reoccur" is incorrect. The correct word is "recur." Similarly, use "recurring," "recurrence," etc.
7–10. This happens a lot, especially because a seller is so close to his product. He may overlook spelling, grammatical, punctuation, and clarity issues. "Alot" is incorrect. The correct phrase is "a lot."

Use a comma after "lot" instead of a semicolon.

One seller requires a singular pronoun, such as "he" or "she." If you're concerned about gender bias, change the subject ("seller") to a plural ("sellers") and use a plural pronoun, such as "their."
